At Divine Organic Coffee, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee straight to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days standard
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days optional
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day optional (if ordered before cutoff time)
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships and you have access on our website to track your order. We highly recommend to become a memeber. 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping speed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship domestic and other states besides California
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Divine Organic Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photo proof before opening the package.
