Return & Refund Policy

At Divine Organic Coffee, we take pride in providing the freshest, highest-quality coffee. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee purchases.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products:

Coffee Beans (Whole): All coffee sales are final to maintain quality and freshness.
Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns on any opened or partially used items.
Customized or Special Orders: Any product made-to-order or customized is non-refundable.
Gift Cards & Digital Products: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders (Exchange Only):

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you must:

  1. Provide Photo Proof – Submit clear pictures showing that the item has not been opened.
  2. Return the Product First – The product must be sent back for review before a replacement is shipped.
  3. Inspection Process – Once we confirm the product is unopened and unused, we will ship a new product.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • There are two shipping costs:
    1. Return Shipping (to send the incorrect item back)
    2. New Shipping (to send the correct item to you)
  • We will cover one shipping cost, and you are responsible for the other.
